As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional and memorable wellness experiences. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, promoting spa services, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized spa experience. Manage spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries efficiently. Guide guests through spa facilities, treatments, and wellness programs. Promote spa services, retail products, and special packages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Coordinate with therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently met. Support administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, luxury spa, wellness, or customer service environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa booking systems is an advantage. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a luxury hotel spa or wellness center. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and beauty products. Multilingual skills are a plus.
