Role Description The Owner role at Quality Kiosk Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, overseeing operations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth and quality engineering objectives. Daily responsibilities include defining and monitoring business goals, guiding senior leadership teams, reviewing financial performance, and making data-informed decisions to drive profitability and innovation. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, representing the organization in industry forums, and ensuring delivery excellence across service lines. The Owner also leads organizational culture initiatives, promotes talent development, and ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, business ownership, or senior management within technology, consulting, or digital transformation domains. Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and financial management, with a track record of driving growth and profitability. Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and decision-making in complex, fast-changing environments. Exposure to quality engineering, QA automation, performance assurance, intelligent automation, RPA, or related technology services is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization with clients, partners, and external bodies. Ability to operate on-site in Pune and collaborate closely with local and global teams.
