Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to increase revenue from air ticketing, hotel bookings, and related travel services.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual business-development targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, online research, and business events.
Arrange meetings with corporate decision-makers, including procurement, administration, finance, human resources, and travel coordinators.
Understand each prospective client’s travel requirements and propose suitable corporate travel solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, service packages, and corporate travel agreements.
Negotiate pricing, service fees, credit terms, and commercial conditions within approved company guidelines.
Follow up on prospective opportunities and convert qualified leads into active corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers to encourage repeat bookings and long-term cooperation.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through air tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, visa assistance, and other travel services.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities within the corporate travel sector.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer information, meetings, proposals, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the ticketing, reservations, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare regular sales, pipeline, revenue, and customer-acquisition reports for management.
Support payment follow-up and ensure assigned customers comply with approved credit terms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in corporate sales or business development, specifically within the travel industry.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with large corporate accounts.
Experience selling air tickets, hotel bookings, corporate travel services, or related business-to-business services.
Strong network of corporate contacts within the UAE would be an advantage.
Good understanding of corporate travel requirements, pricing, service fees, and credit arrangements.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good organizational skills with consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales-reporting tools.
Familiarity with systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre would be an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic would be an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
