Project In-Charge – FF&E
We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Project In-Charge with a strong background in the FF&E industry to lead the successful execution of hospitality, residential, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a comprehensive understanding of FF&E project workflows—from procurement through to final delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee FF&E project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams Monitor material submissions, approvals, production progress, and on-site deliveries Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams Ensure smooth site coordination and timely installation of FF&E items Prepare and present project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates Maintain accurate project documentation and records Identify and resolve operational, technical, and coordination challenges proactively Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client expectations
Requirements:Mandatory experience in the FF&E industry Proven experience in handling projects as a Project In-Charge / Project Lead in fit-out or interior works Strong knowledge of procurement, project execution, and site coordination processes Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking tools Candidates must be currently based in Dubai, UAE, and available for in-person interviews.
