Manage site activities related to structural steel fabrication and erection.
Coordinate piping fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Supervise storage tank fabrication, erection, repair, and maintenance works.
Review fabrication drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and isometric drawings before execution.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
Monitor fabrication quality, welding activities, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding project progress and technical matters.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate inspections, QA/QC activities, and close NCRs.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, work permits, toolbox talks, and safe work practices.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
