Trainees will undergo an intensive training program lasting from six months to three years, designed to equip young Emirati nationals with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job duties.
The program includes structured classroom-based theoretical training, practical workshop training, and on-the-job training at Emirates Global Aluminium sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
Emirati citizen with a family book
High school diploma, preferably in a scientific or technical field, or relevant work experience
Good communication skills in English
Completion of national service (if applicable)
Age between 19 and 32 years
Minimum height: 160 cm for females and 165 cm for males
