Coordinate and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare, review, and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material submittals.
Obtain and manage approvals from DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD).
Ensure all MEP installations comply with local authority regulations, UAE codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during design and construction
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Valid DEWA certification/approval.
Valid Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) certification/approval.
Minimum 3–5 years of MEP engineering experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations.
Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
