Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise truck and pickup body manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and guide production staff on best manufacturing practices.

Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Truck or Pickup Body Manufacturing is required. GCC manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong exposure to fabrication, production planning, and manufacturing operations.
Education
- Minimum: Typical – B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
- Additional: Relevant production or quality certifications
