We're Hiring: Development Manager – Luxury Residential | Dubai Islands A2ML Recruiting is partnering with a leading Dubai-based development company on the search for a Development Manager to lead a landmark luxury residential project on Dubai Islands. This is a full project lifecycle role — you'll own the development from design through execution to handover, acting as the key liaison across consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the project through all phases — design development, approvals, construction, and handover Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to keep the project aligned with development objectives Monitor project budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks throughout delivery Coordinate with internal teams (technical, commercial, sales) to ensure seamless project progression Manage risk, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to keep the project on track What We're Looking For:Proven experience delivering luxury residential developments in the UAE, ideally Dubai it is a must Strong technical background (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage a project end-to-end, from concept to handover
