Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong procurement experience in large-scale building construction and residential villa projects, with excellent knowledge of the GCC construction market, preferably UAE experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Procurement within the construction industry. GCC experience is mandatory; UAE experience is highly preferred. Must have proven experience in mega building construction projects and luxury residential villa projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates. Experience in vendor management, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning. Ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale projects. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days may also be considered. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B. E / B. Tech Civil) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement activities from RFQ stage to final delivery. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely material availability. Prepare procurement plans aligned with project requirements and schedules. Review technical specifications, BOQs, and material requirements. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor procurement progress and coordinate with project teams.
