AB Fitness is looking for an experienced and target-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in gym membership sales and are passionate about fitness, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a leading fitness facility.
Key Responsibilities Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, outbound calls, social media inquiries, and lead generation activities. Conduct professional club tours and present membership packages, facilities, and services. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active members. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Promote memberships, personal training packages, and additional club services. Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects. Manage membership renewals and support retention initiatives. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement activities. Deliver exceptional customer service and member support. Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
Qualification Minimum 1-2 years of proven gym membership sales experience. Previous experience within a gym, fitness club, health club, or sports facility is mandatory. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
