About the Role GS Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team as part of our Emiratisation initiative. The successful candidate will support the firm's legal team in handling a variety of legal matters, conducting legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with client and court-related matters. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and case law. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, notices, pleadings, and correspondence. Support lawyers in preparing case files and legal submissions. Assist with litigation and dispute-related matters under the supervision of senior lawyers. Attend meetings with clients and assist in understanding their legal requirements. Support the preparation of legal opinions and case strategies. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation. Assist with court, government authority, and other legal procedures when required. Stay updated on developments in UAE laws and regulations. Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements UAE National eligible for Emiratisation. Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal systems. Basic understanding of commercial, civil, employment, real estate, or dispute resolution matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
