Whizz HR is hiring Job Title: Production Supervisor – Printing Experience: 1–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily printing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in print production, team supervision, quality control, and machine operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day printing production activities and ensure timely completion of orders. Plan and allocate work to machine operators and production staff. Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the printing process. Coordinate with the Pre-Press, Design, Planning, and Finishing teams for smooth workflow. Troubleshoot production issues and minimize machine downtime. Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance. Monitor material consumption and reduce production wastage. Maintain production reports, shift records, and inventory updates. Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs. Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in print production or printing press operations. Strong knowledge of offset, digital, or large-format printing processes. Experience handling printing machines and production planning. Good understanding of quality standards and color consistency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting. Preferred Experience Experience in commercial printing, packaging, labels, signage, or publishing industries. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices is an advantage.
