• Candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with Reefer Containers / Refrigerated Containers.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Reefer Technician.

• Experience in reefer container maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostics.

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems used in reefer containers.

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

• Experience with reefer container controllers, monitoring systems, and temperature control systems is preferred.

• Candidates with experience working on container refrigeration units will be preferred.

• Must be physically fit and willing to work in Sajja, UAE.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Reefer Containers.

• Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on reefer units.

• Check and maintain temperature control and refrigeration systems.

• Identify faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty components when required.

• Ensure reefer containers are operating efficiently and maintaining the required temperature.

• Perform testing after repairs and confirm proper functioning of the equipment.

• Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• Report major technical issues and recurring faults to the supervisor.
