Operations

·Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently to transport employees, clients, documents, and goods across organizational sites.

·Plan routes effectively using GPS, maps, or navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.

·Respond promptly to urgent or emergency transportation requests as required.

·Ensure secure, confidential, and accurate delivery of correspondences, goods, and materials.

·Adhere to organizational policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and professional representation.

·Maintain professional communication and conduct with internal and external stakeholders to reflect organizational standards.

Product / Process Improvement

·Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of vehicles, including fuel, oil, water, tires, and other essential systems, and report any defects.

·Maintain vehicles in clean, roadworthy condition and arrange for timely servicing or maintenance.

·Provide feedback on route efficiency, vehicle utilization, and operational processes to enhance service reliability.

·Follow safe driving practices and support continuous improvement in transportation and logistical operations.

Physical Working Conditions

·Field-based role requiring extended driving periods across organizational sites, including varying traffic and weather conditions.

·Assist with loading or unloading documents, goods, or materials as required while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years in professional driving, logistics, or multi-site transport
