Job Details

  • Greet customers warmly and actively listen to their needs to identify the correct auto parts.
  • Provide expert advice on part compatibility, functionality, and installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently navigate inventory systems and physical stock to locate and retrieve requested parts.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto parts sales or a related customer-facing role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, part names, and common vehicle issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales, parts interpretation, or procurement.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of German or Europeanor American, and Chinese vehicle spare parts.

  • Strong proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and automotive parts management systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately identify genuine and aftermarket spare parts using VIN, chassis number, EPC systems, and technical catalogues.

* Assist customers with expert product recommendations and technical guidance.

* Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient procurement and inventory availability.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers.
