To lead the strategic design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-scale network and security infrastructure. This role focuses on driving complex integration operations, managing high-level partnerships with service providers and vendors, and ensuring the continuous availability and security of mission-critical systems such as AMAN and SALAMA and CMS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, Network/Telecom Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years at a senior level

• Strong background in network and security design (firewalls, access control, load balancers, wireless infrastructure)

• Proven experience in infrastructure deployment (servers, routers, WAN/SD-WAN)

• Demonstrated experience integrating and supporting connectivity between internal and external systems/platforms

• Direct experience managing telecom/ISP service providers (Etisalat or similar)

• Exposure to application-level technical support (Level 1/2) for operational or monitoring systems

• Prior experience in a government-related, regulated, or safety/security services environment is a strong plus

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
