About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting, Auditing & Tax Expert with strong experience in UAE accounting regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and audit engagements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a UAE Accounting & Auditing Firm and be capable of independently managing client accounts while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping for multiple UAE clients. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Conduct internal and external audit assignments. Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time. Handle UAE Corporate Tax registration, computation, filing, and compliance. Assist clients with FTA notices, tax assessments, and compliance matters. Perform account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing activities. Prepare management reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial analysis. Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Provide financial and tax advisory support to clients.
Mandatory Requirements Current or second-last employer must be a UAE Accounting & Auditing Firm. Minimum 3 years of UAE Accounting Firm experience. Strong practical knowledge of:UAE VATUAE Corporate Tax Financial Accounting Auditing Bookkeeping Financial Reporting IFRSExperience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, Quick Books, Tally, Xero, or similar ERP systems. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. Experience working with clients across different industries in the UAE.
