Job Details

  • Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and waste disposal systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure, using specialized tools and equipment to identify the root cause of the problem.
  • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning drains, inspecting pipes, and testing fixtures, to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assemble and connect pipes, fittings, and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters, using a variety of tools and materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational academic knowledge.
  • Hold a valid plumbing license or certification from a recognized trade association, attesting to professional competency.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.
