We’re a fast-moving, founder-led operation looking for a full-time content designer to own weekly visual output across You Tube, Instagram, and Linked In spanning two content verticals: a finance/B2B brand and real estate/lifestyle content. You’ll work across both, maintaining distinct visual identities for each while keeping a consistent production cadence.
What you’ll do:
• Design You Tube video thumbnails across both verticals, matched to a regular filming schedule • Build multi-slide carousels for Instagram and Linked In • Produce static social graphics (quote cards, announcement posts, listing/lifestyle graphics) • Occasional thumbnails for podcast/webcast episodes • Maintain and evolve locked brand template systems for each vertical once onboarded consistency and speed matter more than reinventing layouts each time • Work from provided source photos/video stills and pre-written hook copy this is a design execution role, not a copywriting one
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience designing for You Tube, Instagram, and Linked In specifically not just general graphic design • Comfortable working across multiple brand identities/styles simultaneously cross-industry design experience is a plus, not a blocker • Comfortable working in Canva or Figma at a fast, repeatable pace (multiple assets per week across two content streams, 48-hour turnaround expected) • A portfolio that shows range — bonus points for any combination of finance/B2B and real estate/lifestyle content • Strong attention to platform-specific formatting (aspect ratios, safe zones, mobile legibility) • Self-directed able to work from a spec and reference examples without heavy day-to-day art direction
