About the role
The Crust KitchenCommisIassiststhe Chefs in the day-to-day operationof thekitchen and helpsmaintaina high standard & quality of food preparation.
What you will do
Main Duties/Description:
• Prepare food itemsin accordance withstandard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
• Assist the Chef dePartie/Demi Chef dePartie/CommisI in developing standard recipes andensurestrict compliance with them.
• Participate in product development and support the smooth, efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Apply sound knowledge ofcuisinesand food service sanitation to perform duties efficiently and productively.
• Maintain complete knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitudeat all times.
• Perform other tasks orprojects asassigned by the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge ofkitchen operations
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

ما ستقوم به
المهام الرئيسية/الوصف:
• تحضير المواد الغذائية وفق الإجراءات القياسية، وبطاقات الوصفات، والصور، والتعليمات المعطاة.
• المساعدة في Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie / Commis I في تطوير الوصفات القياسية وضمان الالتزام الصارم بها.
• المشاركة في تطوير المنتج ودعم التشغيل السلس والكفء للمطبخ.
• تطبيق المعرفة السليمة بالمطابخ وقاعات الطعام وسلامة الخدمات لأداء الواجبات بكفاءة وإنتاجية.
• الحفاظ على المعرفة الكاملة والالتزام بمعايير الطعام في Four Seasons.
• إظهار الاحترافية والعمل الجماعي والتوازن الإيجابي في جميع الأوقات.
• تنفيذ مهام أو مشاريع أخرى كما يوكلها الشيف Sous أو chef de cuisine أو Executive Chef.
