We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil works on building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, labor, subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site. • Manage and allocate workers, subcontractors, tools, and equipment. • Supervise concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works. • Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. • Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings. • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades. • Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labour. • Check availability and proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment. • Monitor workmanship and ensure work meets required quality standards. • Coordinate inspections and rectify site-level issues as instructed by the Site Engineer/Project Manager. • Ensure workers follow HSE requirements, PPE procedures, and site safety rules.

Key Requirements: • Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction projects. • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution. • Experience supervising labor, subcontractors, and daily site operations. • Ability to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules. • Good understanding of construction safety standards and site housekeeping. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
