Key Responsibilities Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to prospective clients. Generate and qualify leads for Dubai real estate projects. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Schedule meetings and property viewings. Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and company projects. Requirements Preferred Nationality: India Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Fluent in English (Hindi is an added advantage). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
