Carry out high-quality finishing carpentry and joinery works according to approved drawings and

specifications.

• Installation and finishing of doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, cabinets, counters, vanities,

decorative joinery and custom-made furniture.

• Perform accurate cutting, fitting, assembling, leveling and final adjustments.

• Handle veneer, laminate, MDF, plywood and solid wood works professionally.

• Carry out proper installation of hinges, drawer runners, handles, locks and other joinery hardware.

• Execute site installation and final finishing / touch-up works to a high standard.

• Read and understand shop drawings, dimensions and site measurements.

• Identify and rectify finishing defects before final inspection and handover.

• Maintain excellent workmanship with particular attention to alignment, joints, gaps, edges and overall

finishing quality.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members for factory production and site installation

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of proven joinery / carpentry experience in Dubai / UAE is mandatory.

• Must be a highly skilled finishing carpenter, not a general / helper carpenter.

• Strong experience in luxury interior fit-out, custom joinery and furniture works is preferred.

• Must be capable of working independently from drawings and instructions.

• Good knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery and installation techniques.

• Must be able to deliver clean, precise and high-quality finishing.

• Willing to work both in the factory and at project sites.

• Responsible, hardworking and able to complete work within project deadlines.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in luxury villas, hotels, offices and high-end interior

fit-out projects.
