Now Hiring: Home Care Nurse (Registered Nurse) – Philippines Applicants Only
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Filipino nurses to join our team as Home Care Nurses, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients at home based on individualized care plans
Monitor patient condition and accurately record vital signs
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy (including IV cannulation)
Assist patients with daily care needs
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care
Report any changes in patient condition to the physician/supervisor
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (Philippines)
DHA License / Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home care experience is an advantage)
Skilled in IV cannulation
Valid BLS certification (ALS is an advantage)
Good communication skills in English

المسؤوليات:
تقديم الرعاية التمريضية للمرضى في المنزل بناءً على خطط الرعاية الفردية
مراقبة حالة المريض وتسجيل العلامات الحيوية بدقة
إعطاء الأدوية والحقن والعلاج الوريدي (بما في ذلك القسطرة الوريدية)
مساعدة المرضى في احتياجات الرعاية اليومية
تثقيف المرضى والعائلات بخطط العلاج والرعاية المنزلية
الإبلاغ عن أي تغير في حالة المريض للطبيب/المشرف
الحفاظ على معايير مكافحة العدوى والسلامة في جميع الأوقات
الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض (BSN) أو ما يعادلها (الفلبين)
رخصة DHA / أهلية
خبرة إكلينيكية لمدة سنتين على الأقل (خبرة الرعاية المنزلية تعتبر ميزة)
المهارة في القسطر الوريدي
شهادة BLS صالحة (ALS ميزة)
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
