Job Details

Contract Leadership: Lead and manage all contract administration activities across projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and contractual requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with technical, planning, procurement, quality, and HSE teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance. Contract Variations & Claims: Identify scope changes, prepare and negotiate Change Orders, variation claims, and EOT (Extension of Time) submissions. Client Management: Handle all contractual correspondence with clients, ensuring timely communication and safeguarding company interests. Project Commercial Support: Support Project Managers in commercial decision-making, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies. Contract Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms and conditions by all project stakeholders. Planning & Delay Analysis: Review project schedules, analyze delays (manpower, material, equipment), and support claim justifications. Reporting & Close-Out: Prepare detailed progress reports, claims registers, risk/opportunity logs, and lead final account settlements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Construction, Technology, Oil & Gas] sector.

� Eligibility: Must be currently residing in the GCC

� Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in shutdown/industrial projects within the GCC

� Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus) � Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), or RICS / MRICS will be an added advantage.

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts and leading contract teams.

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or equivalent is highly advantageous.
