Job Description 

1. To adhere to the cGMP principles and to maintain them effectively.
2. Responsible for leading and organising the Change Control, Complaints / Product Recall group.
3. Responsible for following up of Change controls, Product Recall, and Complaints, for all Julphar plants.
4. Responsible for providing Data for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Quality Council compilation.
5. Responsible for developing User user-friendly system and analysing performance

Qualification/Functional Knowledge

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science/pharmacy
2. Experience of minimum 5 years in the Life science, preferably in Quality Management systems. And proven experience in eQMS management
3. Extensive Knowledge in cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
4. MS Office proficient, Statistical analysis
