Work and supervise all activities related to all Rigless Operations in offshore to efficiently carry out all preparations, implementation and close-out works. Carries out a variety of duties related to the preparation and execution of programmes to meet client Management expectations. Provide feedback in job design including preparation of detailed technical specifications, execution of all planned works and support to provide feedback in establishing required contracts for all well intervention, well completions, well services, well integrity and workover related services and purchases. Be responsible for actual work at site preparations and coordinate with service contractors on technical matters for operation. Work site as a Petroleum Engineer Supervisor to conduct the Rigless Operations in a safe and efficient manner. Participate and ensure Company’s BDOMS and SOPs are in place and compliant during the Well Intervention, Well Services and Well Integrity operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Rigless Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore rigless operations in accordance with approved programs, applicable standards, and Company procedures.

  
  

1. Well Intervention and Execution

• Act as Well Site Petroleum Engineer for Slickline, Coiled Tubing, N2 kick-off, sealant repair, cased-hole logging, stimulation, flow-back and well testing operations

  
  

1. Well Services & Well Integrity:

• Plan and supervise well maintenance, monitoring and integrity activities, ensuring well barriers are maintained in compliance with the company’s WIMS requirements.

  
  

1. Technical & Operational Support

• Provide on-site technical solutions, troubleshoot operational issues, support completion/intervention/workover planning and participate in Management of Change (MOC) when required.

  
  

1. Equipment & Contractor Management

• Ensure availability and suitability of required equipment, tools and personnel, coordinate and evaluate service contractors and vendors.

  
  

1. HSE & Compliance

• Ensure operations comply with the company’s HSE requirements, SOPs and applicable industry standards. Conduct risk assessments, attend SIMOPS, incident investigations and hazard identification.

  
  

1. Mandatory Training & Certification

• Valid T-BOSIET, H2S Awareness, WMS and IWCF Level 4 certification/training is preferable.

  
  

1. Experience

• Total 16 year’s experience with a minimum of 10 years field operations experience
