1) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation for MEP & related to FITOUT projects.

2) Participate effectively in pretender meetings & site visits to gather all data and info

3) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material, and labor cost estimation and bid price

4) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.

5) Should be skilled to work in AutoCAD for quantity take off.

6) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.

7) Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.

8) Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification

9) Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices

10) Dealing with Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Client Representatives

12) Segregating scopes and Sending inquiries.

13) Finalization of tender with Chief estimator and Operation Manager

14) Preparation of material orders & certifying payment of suppliers

15) Arrangement of the internal meeting with supplier & sub-contractor

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Mechanical / Electrical Engineering - should only apply.

2) Minimum 4 years of UAE Experience Required

3) Should have experience in Retail & F&B Fit out Projects.
