Verify generator performance including voltage regulation, frequency stability, load acceptance, and protection functions.
Conduct load bank testing and performance analysis.
Test and configure engine controllers, generator controllers, and synchronization systems.
Inspect electrical wiring, control panels, and mechanical installations before testing.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system faults identified during testing.
Prepare testing reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with production, assembly, and quality departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO, IEC, and customer specifications.
Support site commissioning activities when required.
Follow all company safety procedures and HSE requirements during testing operations.
