We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Senior Motorcycle Technician with a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-performance motorcycles.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience working on high performance motorcycles (600cc & above)
• Strong experience in motorcycle servicing, repairs, engine overhauls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and understand English service manuals, workshop manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogues
• Good computer skills with experience using OBD diagnostic tools and motorcycle tuning software
• Experience with ECU programming and exhaust/fuel mapping
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Experience working with Italian, European & American brands
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workshop best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage repair jobs from diagnosis to final quality inspection
• Familiarity with workshop equipment, specialized tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• UAE or GCC motorcycle driving license is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with brands such as Aprilia, Ducati, BMW, KTM, & Harley Davidson
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with workshop staff & be a team player
