*Job Summary*

A leading Interior Fit Out & Technical Services company in Dubai is looking for a hands-on *Site Engineer* to oversee day-to-day site operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of interior fit-out and technical works at project sites.

*Key Responsibilities*

Supervise and coordinate all *site activities* for interior fit-out and technical services projects Review and interpret *architectural, MEP, and structural drawings* and ensure execution as per design Manage subcontractors, site workforce, and material delivery schedules Conduct *quality checks* and ensure work complies with project specifications and standards Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, and RFIs Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team for approvals and inspections Ensure compliance with *HSE, DEWA, Municipality, and Civil Defense* requirements Track material usage, monitor costs, and report variations to Project Manager Resolve technical issues on site and propose practical solutions Assist in *handover documentation, snagging, and closeout*

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

*2-3 years* experience as Site Engineer in *Interior Fit Out / Construction* projects. UAE experience preferred Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Good knowledge of *fit-out works*: drywall, ceiling, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination Ability to read and interpret *Auto CAD drawings* and shop drawings Proficiency in *MS Office* and site management tools Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills Must be able to work on site and handle multiple tasks under deadlines Based in *Dubai* and available for *immediate joining*

*Preferred*

Experience with fit-out contractors or technical services companies Valid UAE driving license and own transport is an advantage
