*Job Summary*

A leading Corporate Gifting company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic *Sales Coordinator* to support the sales team and ensure smooth client servicing. The candidate will handle quotations, order processing, client follow-ups, and coordination between clients, production, and delivery teams.

*Key Responsibilities*

Assist Sales Team in *preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations* for corporate clients Handle *inbound inquiries* via email, phone, and walk-ins and convert them into sales opportunities Coordinate with *design, production, procurement, and logistics* teams for order execution Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and order confirmations Maintain accurate records of *leads, orders, invoices, and deliveries* in CRM/ERP Prepare samples and coordinate with suppliers for product sourcing Support in *exhibitions, events, and client meetings* when required Ensure timely delivery and after-sales follow-up for client satisfaction Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new gifting products Assist in billing, documentation, and monthly sales reports

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

*2-3 years* experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive in *Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, or FMCG* industry. UAE experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent *communication, negotiation, and customer service* skills Proficiency in *MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and CRM tools* Knowledge of corporate gifting products: trophies, awards, promotional items, branded merchandise is an advantage Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented Based in *Dubai*

Existing client network in UAE corporate sector Experience with B2B sales and corporate accounts
