We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.
In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.
The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.
Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.
Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.
Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.
Professional qualifications or certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

قيادة تسليم سلس لترقيات الأنظمة والتحسينات وتغييرات العمليات مع الحد الأدنى من الاضطراب في عمليات العمل.
بناء معرفة قوية بالعمليات عبر عمليات السيارات بما في ذلك المركبات الجديدة والمستعملة وقطع الغيار والخدمة والتأجير والتمويل والتخطيط المالي والخزانة والضرائب والتقارير.
مراجعة عمليات الأعمال الحالية وتوصية بتحسينات تزيد الكفاءة وتقلل التكلفة وتحسن تقديم الخدمة.
ضمان امتثال عمليات الأعمال والأنظمة للسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 6 سنوات، بما في ذلك على الأقل سنتين في دعم عمليات SAP أو ERP أخرى.
يفضل وجود خبرة في صناعة السيارات أو التجزئة أو بيئة أعمال معقدة مماثلة.
المؤهلات المهنية أو الاعتمادات مثل CA أو CPA أو CMA أو SAP أو إدارة المشاريع أو نظم المعلومات مفيدة.
معرفة قوية بعمليات SAP الواردة والصادرة مفضلة.
الإتقان في Excel وPowerPoint وأدوات توثيق الأعمال.
القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الإيقاع.
