A construction company is hiring an experienced Tower Crane Operator to safely operate tower cranes and support construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of crane operations, safety procedures, and site requirements.

Responsibilities
Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
Lift, move, and position construction materials as directed.
Inspect crane equipment before starting daily operations.
Follow approved lifting plans and site safety procedures.
Coordinate with signalmen, riggers, site supervisors, and other workers.
Ensure loads are properly secured before lifting.
Maintain safe working distances and monitor surrounding areas.
Report equipment defects, damage, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Follow crane load capacity and operating limits at all times.
Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records.
Assist with routine crane checks and maintenance requirements.
Stop operations immediately in unsafe weather or site conditions.
Follow all company health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator.
Valid UAE/GCC crane operator certification or license is an advantage.
Good knowledge of crane operating procedures and lifting safety.
Ability to understand lifting signals and instructions.
Physically fit and able to work at height.
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and follow site instructions.
Previous UAE construction site experience is preferred.
