MEP Engineering
Coordinate and supervise MEP installation activities across project sites.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other MEP works as applicable.
Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, and specialist works.
Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed as per approved designs and schedules.
Review material submittals and ensure approved materials are used.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
QA/QC – Civil
Implement project Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspection requirements.
Inspect civil works including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, structural works, and finishing.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and inspection checklists.
Conduct inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and clients.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
Raise and monitor NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
Verify material quality, test certificates, laboratory reports, and calibration records.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and handover documentation.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines.
Monitor project progress and identify technical or quality issues.
Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
Support project handover, snag clearance, and closeout activities.
HSE & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company, project, client, and UAE HSE requirements.
Ensure safe execution of MEP and civil activities.
Participate in site inspections and identify potential safety risks.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented for HSE and quality observations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, MEP Engineering, or related discipline.
Relevant QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001, CSWIP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Experience
Typically 7–12 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, civil QA/QC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in large-scale construction, EPC, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and major clients is an advantage.
