Must be very experienced in the following:
1 - Sourcing Candidates for Oil and Gas / EPC Industry
2 - Ticket & Visa booking procedures
3 - Coordinating Interviews
4 - Handling Overseas and Local hiring
5 - Mobilization of local and overseas hires
6 - Labor Law knowledge
7 - Inter departmental communications and coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
-Strong Personality
-Must have excellent communication skills - Written and Spoken
-Must be able to handle pressure and pressing timelines
-Must be able and experienced to source multiple candidates for multiple disciplines simultaneously
-Screen Candidates prior to sharing with Dept Heads
-Must be able to work independently

-يجب أن يستطيع تحمل الضغوط والجداول الزمنية الضاغطة
-يجب أن يكون قادراً وماهرًا في سحب عدة مرشحين لعدة تخصصات في آن واحد
-فحص المرشحين قبل مشاركتهم مع رؤساء الأقسام
-يجب أن يكون قادرًا على العمل بشكل مستقل
