Role Overview This is a part-time, freelance marketing role for someone who wants to lead the growth of Jeetaraa's social media presence — not just create content for it. You'll take ownership of our Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook channels: building a content calendar, growing our following and engagement, and turning our online presence into a real source of leads. Alongside that, you'll also get out into the field to capture original photo and video content across Dubai and Abu Dhabi that fuels those channels. What You'll Own: Social Media Growth Own and manage Jeetaraa's social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook), including planning and maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
Track follower growth, engagement, and other key metrics, and adjust strategy based on what's working.
Plan and coordinate content series and campaigns around new project launches and promotions.
Respond to comments and DMs and actively engage with our audience to build community.
Coordinate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on messaging priorities and content needs for paid campaigns.
Stay informed about new projects and developments in the UAE real estate market.
Content Creation & Filming
Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Visit communities, developments, showrooms, and lifestyle destinations.
Film cinematic B-roll footage for social media reels and advertisements.
Capture content of New developments, Residential communities, Beaches, marinas, malls, and lifestyle destinations, Restaurants, cafés, and local attractions.
Organize and upload content to shared folders.
Requirements
Must currently live in Dubai.
Must have reliable transportation — access to a vehicle is strongly preferred, or easy and reliable access to transportation throughout the city.
Must own an i Phone 14 or newer (i Phone 15 Pro / Pro Max preferred).
Ability to shoot high-quality vertical video content and comfortable filming in public spaces.
Some experience managing or growing a social media account — for a brand, a business, or a significant personal following.
Comfortable reviewing basic analytics (Instagram/Tik Tok insights) and adjusting content based on performance.
Strong attention to detail, reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
Available 10–12 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content for Instagram, Tik Tok, or social media brands.
A track record of growing a social account's following or engagement.
Basic understanding of video composition and mobile videography.
Familiarity with Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Interest in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or investing.
Previous experience working with content creators, agencies, or brands.
Marketing degree is an asset.
IMPORTANT: Must currently hold a UAE work visa/permit that allows employment with more than one company (i.e., an active MOHRE part-time or additional work permit), as this position is part-time alongside other employment. If you are working another job.
