Business Development Associate (Commission-Based) UAE
DTE Entertainment is expanding its business development network in the UAE and is looking for a motivated, well connected Business Development Associate to join us on a commission based basis.
DTE Entertainment is a Dubai based live entertainment company producing original shows and representing artists dancers, singers, acrobats, musicians, actors; for hotels, resorts, corporate events, brands and venues across the UAE.
This is a remote, field based role most of your time will be spent meeting clients and partners across Dubai and the UAE.

Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients across hotels, resorts, beach clubs, event agencies, corporate accounts, and lifestyle venues Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the UAE hospitality and events industry Present DTE's shows, artists, and entertainment solutions to prospective clients Negotiate terms and support the closing of new business opportunities in coordination with DTE's leadership Keep DTE informed of ongoing conversations, leads, and pipeline status on a regular basis Represent DTE professionally at industry events and networking opportunities when relevant

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition Strong, established network within UAE hospitality, events, or entertainment Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills Proactive, independent, and self-driven working style Valid UAE residence visa or freelance permit Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or events is highly preferred Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis, with no fixed salary at this stage

Compensation:
Commission based, with no cap on earnings; no fixed salary at this stage, with real growth potential based on results.
