About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences across our client's customer and business platforms. This role combines strategic product thinking, exceptional UX craft, and a deep understanding of user behaviour. You will lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative experiences that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, defining product experiences, validating solutions with users, and delivering high-quality designs that balance customer needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Product Design Leadership Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization. Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys. Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and impactful solutions. Establish a high standard of design quality, usability, and execution. Define user journeys, workflows, interaction models, and information architecture. Design elegant experiences that simplify complex user tasks and decision-making processes. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed interaction specifications. Ensure experiences are accessible, scalable, and consistent across platforms. Partner with researchers, product managers, and stakeholders to uncover user needs and opportunities. Conduct workshops, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions. Validate concepts through rapid experimentation and iterative design. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Business teams. Facilitate alignment between stakeholders around user needs and product priorities. Present and communicate design rationale effectively to senior leadership. Contribute to a collaborative and user-centred product culture. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, efficiency, and overall experience quality. Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap discussions. Evaluate emerging technologies and interaction patterns to create innovative product experiences. Balance customer value, feasibility, and business impact in decision-making.
Requirements8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline. Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem solving. Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design. Strong experience working within cross-functional product teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead complex projects independently and thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design practices. Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
Preferred Qualifications Experience designing data-driven or highly personalised digital experiences. Familiarity with emerging technologies and evolving interaction models. Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, property technology, fintech, or consumer platforms. Experience contributing to product strategy and innovation initiatives.
