To provide technical support for mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) systems on building construction projects, from design review through to site execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals and technical specifications.
● Prepare and respond to RFIs related to mechanical systems.
● Coordinate with consultants and authorities on mechanical design queries and approvals.
● Support the procurement team in evaluating technical compliance of proposed materials.
● Liaise with site teams to resolve technical issues during installation.
● Maintain technical submittal registers and tracking logs.
Desired Candidate Profile
● 6+ years UAE/GCC experience as a Technical Engineer – Mechanical.
● Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
● Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs.
● Ability to liaise with consultants, authorities and site teams.
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
