About The Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models for real-world applications. This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, improve model performance, and drive innovation in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The Principal Responsibilities Of The AI /ML Engineer Are

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for various applications. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments. Implement and fine-tune deep learning architectures using frameworks like Tensor Flow and PyTorch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into products and services. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science to enhance system performance.

Requirements

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, and solve complex problems.

Qualifications Preferred

Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. At least 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment. Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. Prior experience working at a startup or fast-growing tech company.
