- Lead the development and refinement of comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale construction projects across the UAE, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of cost estimators, fostering a culture of precision and timely delivery of estimates.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather critical data and validate cost assumptions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and contingency planning to account for potential cost overruns and unforeseen challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Overall 15+ years of oil & gas experience.
Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects (more than 1 billion US$).
Experience within EPC & Detail Engineering projects.
Experience in Projects involving NGL/ Gas Processing Plants.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
