- Conduct on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and durability of applied markings, identifying and rectifying any defects.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, traffic control plans, and environmental standards on work sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in construction or a related field is advantageous.
- Hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in road marking or a closely related construction field.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising a crew of 5 or more individuals.
