We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing material transactions, and supporting store and project operations through timely and accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data related to construction materials, inventory, and project records.
Process and update MRVs (Material Receipt Vouchers), MIVs (Material Issue Vouchers), GRNs, LPOs, and Delivery Notes.
Maintain inventory and stock records in ERP systems.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
Coordinate with storekeepers, procurement teams, and project/site personnel.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records and documentation.
Support audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Data Entry, preferably in a Store, Warehouse, Construction, or Contracting environment.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and terminology.
Experience handling MRV, MIV, GRN, Delivery Notes, and LPO documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
