The key duties and responsibilities of the Preventive Maintenance Controller / Planner include, but are not limited to:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules for all equipment.
Track machine hours and predict due PM dates.
Generate work orders and assign them to PM supervisors.
Monitor overdue PM and reduce backlog.
Maintain accurate records of PM history, checklists, and reports.
Prepare performance metrics such as PM compliance %, overdue units, and breakdown trends.
Ensure availability of PM kits and consumables through stores.
Analyze breakdown reports and identify PM gaps.
Recommend improvements to PM intervals and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
4- 5 Years of Experience in planning & scheduling
Advanced computer and reporting skills.
