- Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to integrate design changes and resolve clashes within the BIM environment.
- Produce accurate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models for various disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP.
- Perform clash detection and analysis using Navisworks or similar software to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAD Technician with a strong focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) is essential.
- Experience with clash detection software such as Navisworks is highly desirable.
