Job Details

Role Description The Finance Director is responsible for leading financial strategy, planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and financial performance to support the company’s growth and objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury. Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance. Lead annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business planning. Ensure accurate financial statements, records, and management reports. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity, and financing activities. Identify and manage financial, operational, and business risks. Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, regulators, and external partners. Analyze costs, investments, capital expenditure, and business performance. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Oversee finance systems, processes, reporting, and automation improvements. Lead, manage, and develop the finance team. Support strategic investments, expansion, restructuring, and major business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Extensive experience in finance and senior financial management. CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls. Experience with corporate finance, cash flow, risk management, and financial planning. Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax and financial regulations. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, strategic, and financial decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong commercial and business understanding. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally. Professional, organized, accountable, and results-oriented.
