● Track actual project costs against approved budgets.
● Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
● Support monthly cost reviews with project and commercial teams.
● Maintain accurate cost records and cost codes.
● Assist in identifying cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
● 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
● Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
● Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
● Good analytical and reporting skills.
● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.
