Desired Candidate Profile
● 15+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction HSE, including a leadership role.
● NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; IOSH membership preferred.
● Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001).
● Proven experience leading HSE teams on large-scale projects.
● Excellent incident investigation and reporting skills.
